The house offers you three terraces facing all directions with wonderful views, 100 m² of living space, two bedrooms (up to four people, beds each 1.60 m wide), a living room, a separate room, a large dressing room, a kitchen-living room, a courtyard, a roof terrace and much more. Enjoy an exceptionally high-quality living atmosphere and absolute peace – here you will feel like you are in paradise. The accommodation is only 6 kilometers from the well-known town of Gourdarques, also called 'Little Venice.' The Ardèche is also not far away. The house is an ideal starting point for excursions to cities such as Avignon or for activities like hiking, cycling or canoeing. You are located in the popular Cèze Valley. Uzès can be reached in about 20 minutes and offers one of the most beautiful markets in southern France. The Camargue, with its white horses and pink flamingos, is also worth a visit. Ideal for shopping, enjoying and relaxing by the sea. There is a beautiful swimming spot near the house. Experience the French way of life in street cafés or restaurants. A place where many things are possible – usually in good weather. If you arrive by car, you can bring your bicycles and start your tours directly from the house, for example to Mont Ventoux at 1,909 meters. Arrival by TGV to Avignon or Nîmes is also comfortable, as is continuing your journey with a rental car from the airport.

In Le Pin, not far from Uzès, this charming 43 m² maisonette apartment welcomes you and offers space for up to two guests. You will find a bedroom with a designer bed under a skylight that invites you to stargaze, as well as a shower. The private, fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and much more. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, fan, and barbecue. The apartment impresses with old stone floors, restored walls with lovingly designed niches, and historical elements such as doors from an old pharmacy, now used as a display cabinet. Step out onto your private terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset, use the barbecue, or simply relax in a peaceful setting. The terrace offers direct access to the living room with its striking black glass table and open kitchen. Boules balls are provided in the apartment so you can play on the shaded square nearby. From the accommodation, you can go hiking, cycling, and reach a restaurant on foot. Everything is perfect for a relaxing stay.

Whether spring, summer, autumn or winter – Provence is always a dream. The ground floor apartment is a spacious 60 m² and accessible at ground level. Your terrace is located directly in front of the kitchen and the living room. Right next to the living room is the open kitchen with a counter. You can relax on the bar stools, perhaps with a glass of champagne or rosé. Or would you prefer to spend time outside on your terrace? Grill under the hand-forged rose arch and dine at the massive stone table outdoors. Alternatively, you can sit at the dining table in the separate dining room and enjoy the view from the window. You have plenty of space in the apartment. Two large walk-in wardrobes offer ample storage, so you can easily bring several suitcases. Have you always dreamed of sleeping in a four-poster bed? In this apartment, that is possible. Close the curtains or leave them open – just as you wish. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, ceramic hob, and a fridge with freezer compartment. Maybe you would like to try the French national drink "Pastis"? For that, you have ice cubes from the freezer compartment at your disposal. Crockery and decoration are coordinated in a blue theme. The bathroom has a window and offers plenty of space with a washbasin and shelves. The house is located in the middle of the village "Le Pin," on a square right next to the town hall and a restaurant. In 15–20 minutes by car, you can reach the famous and touristy Uzès, known for one of the most beautiful markets in Provence, which is especially lively on Saturdays. You can go hiking and explore the surroundings directly from the house.

You have a separate entrance from outside, accessible via a stone staircase. From the kitchen, a few steps lead you to the terrace. A special highlight of this apartment is the spacious bathroom with a historic double-winged window. A large built-in wardrobe in the bathroom offers plenty of storage space, and the shower is equipped with a glass door. Who wouldn't want such a bathroom at home? The light-flooded living room is connected to the dining area and offers a wonderful view of a green, vegetation-covered hill – a true delight for the eyes. Perhaps you like to browse your library and enjoy a glass of rosé on the sofa? Everything you need for this is provided. Or would you prefer to retreat to your room with a book, with the curtains open or closed? With open curtains, you enjoy the wonderful Provençal light, while the closed curtains with their rose design are especially charming. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired – whether on the ceramic hob or in the microwave, you cook here with a view of the greenery. The cozy seating area on the cushioned bench invites you to linger. From the kitchen, you reach the terrace. Maybe you would like to prepare something on the electric grill? The comfortable chairs with cushions invite you to sit for hours. Please bring your own food for grilling. From here, you can go hiking, cycling, explore Uzès, and much more.

The holiday apartment “Vert” | 70 m² – The highlight in our historic building. The high ceilings in the impressive vaulted room create a unique atmosphere. Large chandeliers hang from the ceiling, bathing the yellow natural stone walls in pleasant light. Thanks to the thick walls, it stays pleasantly cool even in the height of summer – ideal for those of you who do not like high temperatures. The stylish combination of elegant, modern furniture and historic architecture ensures a special living experience. In the evening, you can relax on your vaulted terrace in designer lounge chairs and enjoy a glass of wine or champagne, which you can purchase in the surrounding area. For your meals, you have a choice: dine indoors at a handcrafted reclaimed wood dining table or outside in the cozy courtyard at your own table. The courtyard invites you to linger and is also our personal favorite spot when there are no guests. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. If something should still be missing, please let us know – we will take care of it immediately. A large, comfortable box-spring bed promises restful sleep – like on clouds. After an eventful day in the region, you can relax here and recharge your energy. Another highlight is the Italian shower: stylish in black with a real glass partition, always with a view of the historic vault and the chandelier.
